(sekadar saya kongsikan dan ambil dari sumber-sumber yang difikirkan boleh percaya dan boleh diterima umum)

BILA Gaddafi jatuh dan dibunuh secara tidak wajar, maka saya segera menyatakan itu tidak sepatutnya dilakukan dan kelihatannya manusia semakin tidak bertamadun dan gila babi.

Saya cukup sedih dan tidak bisa menerima kematiannya sedemikian, apa lagi sebelum ini Gaddafi dihina begitu rupa, padahal pada suatu ketika dia antara pemimpin arab yang cukup lantang menentang Barat terutamanya Amerika dan yahudi dan kelantangan itulah yang Barat berusaha menjahanamkan kepimpinan Gaddafi.

Sejak saya kecil saya sudah mengenal Gaddafi dan mengikut perkembangan kepimpinannya dan saya memang kagum akan keberaniannya yang sama seperti Saddam Husin di Iraq dan tidak hairan Amerika yang ditunjangi Yahudi mahu membunuh pemimpin yang demikian serasa menjadi halangan besar buat melaksanakan Visi jahat mereka.

Barang kali ada lebih baik juga kita menilai semula apa saja yang Gaddafi lakukan buat negara dan rakyatnya sendiri dan mudah2an ini dapat memberikan gambaran yang jelas siapa Gaddafi sebenarnya.

Memangnya keburukan demi keburukan ditonjolkan bagi menutup setiap kebaikan yang dilakukannya untuk rakyat Libya. Begitulah kejahatan yang dilakukan oleh proksi Dajjal ini. Perkara yang paling digeruni ialah hasratnya memaksa Barat membeli minyak dan berurusan perdagangan dengan matawang baru yang bakal diperkenalkannya iaitu Dinar Emas.

Usahanya hampir berjaya dan diterima oleh sebahagian besar negara Afrika dan sebahagian dari negara Arab. Dinar emas akan menjadi nilai tukaran baru perdagangan menggantikan USD dan Euro.

Dari saat inilah Barat terdesak untuk mempercepatkan usaha membunuh Gaddafi, namun usaha tersebut gagal. Proksinya yang sekian lama tidak sealiran dengan Gaddafi diangkat sebagai pejuang dan dibantu secara rahsia. Perancangan diatur untuk melakukan sabotaj dan menabur peropaganda. Berita sebenar ditutup dari pengetahuan dunia.

Terima kasih diucapkan kepada sdr Zulkifli kerana membongkar rahsia yang terpendam ini untuk dihayati oleh pembaca yang tidak mengetahui atau telah dipesona oleh dusta tajaan Dajjal. Saya petik tulisan Zulkifli Nordin dari blognya.

Presiden Muammar Muhammad Al-Qaddafi, adalah satu nama yang sangat digeruni dan ditakuti Barat, termasuk Yahudi Zionis la'natullah. Keberanian Al-Qaddafi, terutama apabila berdepan dengan Barat sudah dikenali dunia. Kelantangan beliau sehingga mencampakkan Piagam Pertubuhan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu semasa berucap di hadapan pemimpin dunia di Perhimpunan Agong Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu mencatat sejarah tersendiri, membuktikan kelantangan dan sikap tidak tolak ansur dan tiada kompromi beliau kepada Barat!

Malang sekali apabila ada rakyat Libya yang terpengaruh dengan dakyah Barat, mempertuhankan demokrasi dan hak kebebasan manusia tanpa batas acuan barat, memilih untuk menggulingkan pemerintah yang banyak berjasa kepada mereka!

Cuba lihat apa yang tidak kenanya dengan Kerajaan Libya dibawah pimpinan Mua'mar Al Qaddafi:

1. Setiap individu rakyat Libya menerima imbuhan daripada hasil minyak petrol Libya yang dimasukkan terus ke akaun Bank masing-masing. Tak payah nak tuntut royalti dah! Ini juga amalan Kerajaan Emirat Arab Bersatu yang memperuntukkan didalam Perlembagaan bahawa 40% daripada hasil minyak UAE adalah untuk rakyatnya!

2. Cukai pendapatan paling maksimum pun hanya 12%;

3. Bank di Libya tidak mengenakan sebarang faedah/ riba';

4. Qaddafi bersumpah bapa dan keluarganya tidak akan memiliki rumah selagi tiap rakyat Libya tidak mempunyai rumah. Bapa Qaddafi sudahpun meninggal dunia tanpa punya rumah, dan Qaddafi serta anak isterinya masih duduk didalam khemah;

5.Di Libya tidak ada rumah yang dipajak;

6. Mana-mana rakyat yang mahu bertani atau berladang akan diberikan tanah, haiwan ternakan dan benih percuma;

7. Tidak ada bil elektrik di Libya;

8. Pendidikan adalah percumn;

9. Kemudahan perubatan adalah percuma;

10. Tiap pasangan pengantin baru mendapat peruntukkan one-off payment berjumlah 6,000-00 dinar daripada Kerajaan;

11. Harga gas terlalu murah pada nilai 12 cents per liter;

12. Pembelian kenderaan diberi pembiayaan kewangan tanpa faedah;

13. satu sistem pengairan dan saliran yang hebat dibina untuk mengujudkan kawasan pertanian yang membebaskan Libya daripada pergantungan kepada sumber makanan luar;

14. Rakyat dan negara Libya menikmati mutu kehidupan yang tinggi berbanding dengan negara Afrika yang lain.

15 Kebanyakan sekim kesihatan umum, pendidikan dan minyak dibawah subsidi kerajaan.

16. Libya mempunyai kadar kematian bayi yang paling rendah dan kadar hayat yang tinggi;

17. Kadar celik ilmu adalah 90% (sedangkan semasa rampasan kuasa oleh Qaddafi terhadap Raja Idris kadar celik-ilmu hanyalah 10%);

18. Kurang daripada 5% penduduk yang kelaparan/ tanpa rumah; satu jumlah yang jauh daripada Amerika Syarikat;

19. Apabila berlaku kenaikan harga makanan, Qaddafi menghapuskan semua cukai atas makanan;

Sebenarnya Qaddafi berjaya membawa rakyat dan negara Libya kepada tahap yang hebat tanpa bergantung dan menjadi hamba kepada tamaddun dan cengkaman Barat dan Yahudi zionis la'natullah. Sebenarnya apa yang dibawa oleh Qaddafi adalah ciri-ciri sebuah negara kebajikan yang berteraskan kepada Islam tanpa tunduk na'am kepada kafir harbi dan musuh-musuh Islam. Qaddafi boleh membuatkan Barat ketar lutut kepada kekuatan ekonomi negaranya!

Malahan Qaddafi mula menuntut Barat supaya membayar pembelian minyak dengan emas. Sudah tentu Amerika Syarikat, Barat dan Yahudi Zionis la'natullah tidak bersetuju kerana mereka tidak mempunyai simpanan emas yang mencukup untuk membayarnya. Malah matawang mereka kini hanyalah cetakan atas kertas sahaja.

Maka Amerika, Barat dan Yahudi la'natullah tidak ada pilihan melainkan menyingkir Qaddafi. Dan mereka berjaya memperkudakan segelintir rakyat Libya dan memperlengkapkan mereka dengan senjata dan dengan bantuan pesawat gempur Nato, memerangi Kerajaan mereka sendiri!

Begitulah peranan yang dimainkan oleh kaum kafir harbi la'natullah, sentiasa tidak redho dengan umat Islam, dan sentiasa mencari-cari jalan untuk menghancurkan umat Islam. Dan mereka akan sentiasa mencari jalan memperkudakan segelintir umat Islam untuk melakukan khianat terhadap agama dan bangsanya sendiri.

Amat malang apabila ada umat Islam yang rela diperkudakan....

1.Adakah dengan menghadiri perhimpunan-perhimpunan yang dipenuhi emosi ini akanMenyelesaikan masalah? Mengapa pelajar-pelajar yang antaranya mendapat pembiayaanUntuk meneruskan pengajian tinggi yang juga memegang amanah duit pembayar cukai sertapelapis pemimpin masa hadapan sudah macam terkinja-kinja megepak bagaikan helang untuk melibatkan dalam arena radioaktif yg penuh risiko tanpa dahulu mengenali jenis-jenis radiasi ? Ini antara pemerhatian dan sentimen-sentimen yang kita boleh temui di laman-laman sesawang sosial dengan ‘wall’ yang sentiasa bertubi-tubi ‘like’apa-apa saja tanpa pembacaan dan perhalusi sesuatu atas dasar ‘ikut kawan,popular,hentam sajalah...’.

2. Secara amnya mengapa tidak begitu ramai yang ingin ketengahkan isu-isu yang berkaitan ilmiah,impak kajian sosial dan ‘intelligence measuring scale’ (dari sudut mikro dan makro) serta pengukuhan perspektif pelbagai dalam bidang-bidang selain politik? Tak perlulah kita terlalu obses mengikuti berita 'condemnation' yang smmgnya buang masa sebab waktu kita di sana pula bagaimana pula nanti agaknya.No one knows.selalunya apa yg kita terlalu sangat menegur/mencaci scr tak langsung kita sdg membersihkan dosa org itu

3.Saya secara individu bukanlah penerima manfaat mana-mana pihak secara langsungmahupun secara tidak langsung tetapi hakikatnya kesemuanya di lokaliti ini dapat pelbagai kemudahan dari kecil sampai hari tua tambahan pula boleh lagi kongsi melepasi sempadan

4.Saya dapat rasakan orang-orang yang dibantu begitu banyak antara yang paling kuat Menentang tetapi tidak pula menolak segala kemudahan bulat-bulat apa yang dikhususkan eg:dari kecil terima khidmat tadika,sekolah rendah,sekolah menengah,university,khidmat kesihatan,kuarters, elaun sana-sini sehinggalah ke hari pencen,subsidi minyak,subsidi gula-gula,biasiswa semuanya atas polisi-polisi kebajikan yang dilaksanakan selama ini sehingga TERLALU SELESA.

5.Populasi yang semakin meningkat=permintaan yg tinggi: kenaikan pelbagai bahan mentah diperingkat pasaran dunia oleh para 'speculators' yang‘match supply& demand’ merupakan faktor-faktor perubahan harga ditambah pula perubahan iklim bumi yang mengubah kadar pengeluaran umpanya makanan serta bilangan individu yang cerdik pandai saban hari meningkatkan persaingan bagi sumber-sumber/kemudahan/peluang-peluang seperti yang dinyatakan antara faktor besar yang mempengaruhi kestabilan sesebuah tanah air itu. Di situ pelbagai inovasi telahpun diusahakan dan bidang keberhasilan boleh dinampak dengan kadar pengangguran yang rendah,inflasi di paras terkawal dengan keizinan Allah semuanya.

6.kebelakangan ini kita Nampak ada elemen ketegangan makin menular sana sini walaupun usaha-usaha mengoptimumkan sumber-sumber untuk masa-masa akan datang telahpun dalam proses tetapi Nampaknya masih minda-minda dikalangan kita masih kabur sebab emosi menguasai pertimbangan dan keterlaluan ‘to be frank’

7.Apakah generasi esok akan dapat kecapi seperti apa yang pernah kita terima ini jika sikap-sikap tunjuk perasaan dan ketegangan mengisi ruang di bumi bertuah ini yg baru 54 tahun?

8.Melalui kehadiran media digital yang boleh diakses,ditokok tambah dan dimanipulasi oleh pihak-pihak yang dahagakan kepentingan dan dilayari semua peringkat umur sememangnya memerlukan ‘soft & hard skill’ untuk menapis dan meneliti maklumat yang kadang-kala agak ekstrim jika sekali pandang.Jika emosi sebegini berterusan produktiviti, kualiti serta persepsi masyarakat antarabangsa boleh menjejaskan usaha-usaha jangka pendek,sederhana dan panjang membuatkan perpindahan operasi pernigaan, kehilangan pekerjaan,mengurangkan pendapatan cukai yang boleh mencetuskan situasi panic antaranya terhadap semua pihak .Tetapi ada juga pihak-pihak luar yang ingin jua melihat kejadian seperti ini berlaku.Melainkan yang ‘cerdik’ lagi ‘bijak’ dalam urusan-urusan pentadbiran jangka panjang apakah kita hanya mahu sekadar maju dengan tindakan demo,demo demo dan DEMAM tatkala percaturanyang lebih kompleks dalam masa mendatang menanti yg mana 1+1≠3 ? Muka anda biasanya akan berminyak selepas bangun tidur.

Inilah masanya untuk mengamalkan urutan wajah.

Urutkan wajah anda dengan air dari bawah dagu hingga ke atas dahi diiringi selawat ke atas Nabi 3 kali.

Gunakan jari telunjuk kedua-dua belah tangan dan letakkan di bawah dagu. Pusingkan jari anda ke pipi,pipi ke hidung dan seterusnya ke bahagian dahi.

Lakukan setiap pagi disusuli dengan meminum air suam sebelum mengambil sarapan pagi. Perlu diingat, jangan sekali mengurut wajah anda dari atas ke bawah kerana ia akan mempercepatkan proses kedutan.

Sejurus bangun pagi baca doa, amalkan petua ini sebelum mandi dan gosok gigi. Masukkan air dalam mulut selama 10 saat dan selawat 3 kali dalam hati. Kemudian, baru diteguk.

Air liur pada awal pagi mengandungi enzim yang boleh menjadi penawar, kemudian barulah menggosok gigi.

Baca ayat 35 hingga 38 surah Al-Waqiah setiap kali mandi untuk curahan pertama, mulakan dari kepala.

Setelah solat subuh, bacalah surah Yusuf kemudian minum tiga teguk air suam. Mudah-mudahan wajah kelihatan berseri dan awet muda.

Setelah itu lakukan senaman ringan. Hirup udara segar dari luar dan jalan tanpa memakai kasut di halaman yang berumput. Geselkan kaki di atas rumput yang masih berembun.

Amalkan memotong kuku atau rambut pada hari-hari baik iaitu Isnin, Khamis dan Jumaat.

Mulakan dari telunjuk kanan sehingga kelingking jari kanan, seterusnya kelingking jari kiri ke ibu jari kiri dan diakhiri dengan ibu jari kanan.

Amalkan menanam kuku dan rambut yang dipotong atau gugur mudah-mudahan mendapat berkat di dunia dan akhirat

Semasa berdandan pada waktu pagi baca selawat di kedua-dua telapak tangan dan rautkan ke muka beserta niat dalam hati supa diindahkan wajah seperti wajah Nabi Yusuf AS. Amalkan setiap pagi.

Ketika makan, janganlah disulam dengan minum air.

Minumlah setelah setengah jam selepas makan.

Rajin-rajinlah membaca Al-Quran dengan niat ikhlas kerana Allah.

Amalkan solat tahajud.

Sentiasa tenang dan bersikap positif.

Mulakan sesuatu urusan dengan nawaitu yang baik dan niat kerana Allah.

Maafkan semua orang sebelum tidur.

Menara tersebut akan dibina oleh PNB. PNB merupakan sebuah institusi pelaburan utama negara dengan pelbagai portfolio kepentingan yang meliputi saham amanah, amanah harta institusi, pengurusan harta dan pengurusan aset.

PNB bukannya sebuah badan yang menyediakan dana untuk wakil-wakil rakyat menjaga kawasan mereka. Mereka menjalankan perniagaan dan keuntungan kepada perniagaan itu digunakan untuk membayar dividen kepada pelabur-pelabur mereka seperti ASNB dan juga beberapa saham lain lagi.

Pembinaan Menara Warisan di kawasan strategik tersebut adalah salah satu bentuk pelaburan jangka masa panjang. Sekiranya menara tersebut tidak diperlukan lagi satu hari nanti, ianya boleh dijual dengan harga berlipat ganda.

Jika sekarang dibina dengan kosnya RM 5 bilion, 10 tahun lagi mungkin ianya menjangkau RM 8 bilion. Tahun demi tahun nilainya akan naik. Rekod setakat ini belum pernah menunjukkan nilai hartanah di negara kita menurun. Semuanya makin menaik tahun demi tahun.

Pembinaan menara tersebut bukan lagi serampang dua mata, tetapi ianya serampang bermata-mata. Selain itu ianya boleh menjana untung kepada PNB dan seterusnya kepada rakyat melalui ASNB, ianya juga dapat menjadi mercutanda terbaru KL dan seterusnya boleh menarik pelancong datang ke negara kita.

Selain itu juga ianya dapat mengatasi masalah kekurangan tanah di KL untuk pembinaan pejabat-pejabat atau ruang niaga yang baru. Dapat juga menjadi pusat sehenti peniaga-peniaga bumiputra yang hendak berniaga di sana.

PNB juga akan memindahkan semua pejabat-pejabatnya yang berselerak di serata Lembah Klang ke satu tempat. Bangunan PNB yang ada di Jalan tun Razak sekarang sudah tidak cukup lagi untuk menampung operasinya.

PNB boleh menjual bangunan lamanya atau mereka boleh simpan sebagai aset dan sewakan kepada pihak lain. Berebut-rebut syarikat yang berminat untuk menyewa bangunan lama PNB sekiranya tawaran dibuka, kerana ianya berada di kawasan yang strategik.

Sejarah telah membuktikan segala yang dirancang dan dibangunkan oleh kerajaan sebelum ini sering ditentang oleh mereka. Contohnya, Jambatan Pulau Pinang, KLCC , Litar F1, KLIA dan Putrajaya.

Sekarang semua pembangunan-pembangunan ini telah mendatangkan hasil dan dapat memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi negara. Sekarang siang dan malam Lim Guan Eng melalak supaya pembinaan jambatan kedua P.Pinang dipercepatkan.

Pemegang-pemegang saham dalam PNB (ASNB) tidak perlu risau dengan perkara ini. Pembinaan menara ini tidak melibatkan duit pelabur. Simpanan anda selama ini juga dijamin oleh kerajaan. Tidak pernah lagi berlaku, pelabur tidak boleh mengeluarkan wang mereka setiap kali mereka ke kaunter pengeluaran wang. Biarkan pembangkang terjun dengan labu-labunya. Yang pasti segala apa yang mereka tentang selama ini telah mendatangkan hasil kepada negara dan secara tidak langsung kepada rakyat.

Many Indonesians see dinars and dirhams as the best way of protection against economic fluctuations.

Seeing it as a source of security amid global economic instability, Indonesians are returning back to traditional Islamic currently in their daily transactions.

“I’ve chosen dinar because of it is safe and stable,” Hardjito Warno explained on Saturday, February 26.

The Indonesian man has been collecting gold dinars as a long-term investment since 2006.

He is now the holder of more than 50 coins in his deposit box, which he sometimes uses for certain purposes, such as paying education fees.

“[The] dinar is very liquid so I can use it for multiple purposes,” Warno said.

Dinar and silver dirham are available in shops in the world’s most populous Muslim country.

For collecting the Islamic coins, Warnoh regularly buys dinars from an agent in Jakarta.

Open letter to Former Malaysian Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir
DEAR Dr Mahathir,

Asalaam Alaikum

As a visionary former prime minister, in forcefully addressing the currency crisis and now as a `global ambassador' of Islamic finance, your words carry much weight across the Muslim world. A "keynote-cum-pep rally presentation," as only you can deliver, is needed for Islamic finance to go from cheerleading to leading cheers in the Muslim countries and beyond.

Dr. Mahathir, some of your recent comments about Islamic finance are ahead of our time. Yes, Islamic finance may be seen as superior model to conventional finance and after a few more decades of operation, say, by 2030, will prove that you are right.

And it may also provide an opportunity for Muslim countries, all of them either frontiers or emerging markets, to become developed nations by financing real underlying assets contributing to gross domestidc product (GDP), from agriculture to industrial to service sector.

But, today's Islamic finance is risk averse (Murabaha accounting for up to 85 per cent) and about bankable Muslims with nominal exposure to micro-finance, small and medium enterprise (SME) financing or venture capital, areas that contribute to financing/building knowledge base economies. The size of many Islamic banks is a rounding error or size of a transaction in the conventional space.

There is saying, a chain is only as strong as its weakest link, for Islamic banks, subset of Islamic financing, it is their lack of size. Many Islamic banks are privately held, have small free float and their paid up capital is under US$500 million (RM1.53 billion). Yes, an Islamic mega bank, allowing for important functions like market making of Islamic instruments, will be a reality in Malaysia in 2011.

However, a newly licensed Malaysian Islamic mega bank is not the only route to 'size matters' banking environment. Today, the small Islamic banks are fragmented in overbanked markets, like the United Arab Emirates and Malaysia, and comments on consolidation will resonate when the source, like yourself, Dr Mahathir, having a proven track record, respect, and recognition as former leader of a country that is a leader in Islamic finance.

Consolidation

Dr Mahathir, Malaysia, as a table setter for Islamic finance, initially needs to look inward towards its overbanked Islamic banks and seriously think about "consolidation-cum-megabank." The Malaysian Islamic banking subsidiaries, having spent enough time to grow and develop under their parent banking holding company, should be encouraged to merge, as part of the Economic Transformation Plan (ETP).

From the Pemandu website, on where we are today, "? the [financial] sector faces critical challenges, including lack of scale, lack of liquidity and diversity in the capital markets, low levels of financial literacy and competition from regional financial centres such as Singapore, Hong Kong and increasingly Indonesia".

Additionally, Malaysian bank holding companies should be encouraged to spin off their Islamic subs and list on Bursa Malaysia, hence, adding additional depth with syariah-based companies. As public listed, it opens up opportunities for (1) syariah-based indices, (2) stock options as part of compensation for attracting and retaining, (3) start process of Islamic shareholder activism, (4) acquisition currency, and so on.

Yes, there will be challenges, from desire to stay independent, especially for market share leaders, to political sensitivities to citing studies that mergers in the financial sector do not obtain the projected strategic efficiencies and so on. But, we have an example in Pakistan of two Islamic banks merging, Al Baraka Islamic Bank and Emirates Global Islamic Bank, to obtain strategic and financial efficiencies.

Size, especially horizontal mergers of commercial banks, allows for greater economies of scale, efficient use of distribution channels, better cost management, and ability to offer those products that are a function of size: project finance, debt underwriting, market making (all of which require a balance sheet).

Size also opens up many macro objectives of Islamic finance, like financially empowering Muslims, Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC) countries and cross sell of Islamic finance, and sets an example for the fragmented Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) market.

A mega Islamic bank needs to compete with the likes of CitiBank, HSBC, Standard Chartered, JP Morgan Chase, etc, and not their windows and subsidiaries for mega projects, advisory, underwriting, etc, in OIC and G20 countries. It is here and at this stage, where your comments about Islamic finance being a superior model and contributing to development of Muslim countries, etc, will be confirmed.

Existing situation

Dr Mahathir, today, Islamic finance is starting from a low base, 25 out the 57 OIC countries have some sort exposure, from nominal to established. Beyond the smaller reach, Islamic bank penetration, as a per centage of overall banking assets, is also at a low base, averaging 12 per cent. Chart 1 shows a sample of OIC countries and market penetration.

At best, Islamic finance has reached 2 per cent to 3 per cent of the 1.6 billion Muslims, and, yet, the often ignored US$640 billion (RM1.96 trillion) Halal industry has not only better awareness and acceptance, but much greater market penetration.

Today, Muslim countries' GDP, except Turkey's and Indonesia's, are smaller than large capitalised listed companies in the West. For example, Malaysia's GDP for 2009, was about US$193 billion (RM591 billion), equal to the market capitalisation of Google. Table 1 shows Top 10 OIC countries GDP (World Bank) to the market capitalisation of the 10 largest companies in the S&P BMI Global index.

Thus, the litmus test is twofold: First, If I'm an emerging market (Islamic) asset manager in the Gulf or EU/US and I want to invest in publicly listed (market share leaders) in Islamic banks (and not in their funds) where do I go? Is Bank Islam my preferred option over Dubai Islamic Bank, Kuwait Finance House or Al Rajhi?

Second, if I'm a Fortune 50 company and I want to retain a large balance sheet Islamic bank to expand my sources for efficiently raising capital, advisory, and distribution for US$1 billion to US$5 billion (RM3.07 billion to RM15.3 billion) sukuk or syndicated loans, where do I go?

Does Malaysia have the will and vision to be that one-stop destination answer today?

Near the coast of Japan there has been an earthquake as we all know! Experts say that this will lead to a formation of new island. If u remember that Prophet Muhammad (SAW) had once quoted that DAJJAL is imprisoned on an island towards the west.

Japan is the first land to receive sunlight and to see the dawn in the world. Before the coming of Imam Mahdi (A.S) it was quoted that the year before his arrival will face solar n lunar eclipse which has already occurred twice this year! There are more signs which can be seen around! Is the Judgment Day closer?! Allah knows better! Offering Salaah is one of the most necessary work in all our lives while straining away from all the wrong path! This is a wake up call for all the Muslims! First and foremost I would like to congratulate Tun Mahathir Mohamed whom successfully launched his book entitled 'A Doctor in the House' on March 8 2011.Definitely I don't want to miss a chance to read this book by going to MPH Gurney Plaza tomorrow.
Well it's been chaotic days of lately ranging from protests across Middle East since January 2011 till the Tsunami in Sendai with 8.9 of Richter Scale that happens on March 11 2011. What a challenge humanities is facing of lately.Well God knows best on everything while as mankind we should constantly learnt and evaluate behind any calamity that happens.A deep condolence to the Japanese people.That's all on this part since many people are alert with those news without much has to be tell here.

On January 20 2011 me and my friends attended the talk in UTEM (Universiti Teknikal Malaysia) situated at Durian Tunggal in Melaka just about 8 kilometers away from my campus MMU (Multimedia University).Well definitely I'm eager and excited to go none other than Tun Mahathir shall be be there to deliver his lecture regarding issues encompassing current affairs
1.on education-good education is the very basic thing one should had as to Quran verse that was first reveal to Prophet Muhammad begins with the word 'Iqra' which means 'Read'

-attitude is a determiner of where one is heading

-sufficient knowledge to meet with rapid change of global environment
-things must be improved

He stressed again that as youngsters, knowledge empowerment + information are tools that must be possessed at all time plus attaining efficiency in our undertakings
be it business, daily routine and whatsoever that applicable

No doubt Tun Mahathir's struggle to put the Malays economy on par with others are commendable and he remain steadfast and critical towards this idea.But then he mentioned the reality and dilemma in retrospect while pursuing to put the 30% cake on the enlarged economy pie.

-the culture and values in Malays towards business still remain unsatisfactory

-stands is not parallel with the progress and changes that are happening

-not hardworking enough to sustain with the flow

-tend to take shortcuts especially when one is bestow with license or contracts and
did not put a serious undertakings

-abuse of drugs, narcotics, drinking habit and womanizer among youngsters

-inferiority complex by having a though (''only white-man can make

things,only others can'') such manner of thought is the biggest barrier to find our root towards success

-being a specialist ( he shares his experience that he reads the medical books so many times in order to sit for an exam that able him to pictures of what he has read came so smooth while on exam) keep on repeating doing something to attain efficiency

-don't read once.read repeatedly

-nevertheless we have to pay back the good deeds of others by returning it back to the people at large who had given us so much moral supports. Whereby in 'pantun' leaves us with very paramount message to remember and mind of others good deeds.

This post is dedicated to my late Grandmother whom peacefully returned to the Creator on 4/5/2010 @ 2.15 pm.I was not to be made known over her departure until at the evening at around 6.30 whereby I felt something strange whereby my Dad whose understandably in Nilai for his meeting there.Out of sudden he rang me up at about 5.30pm informing that he's on my way to see me in Melaka when I assumed that he would still proceed with his meeting as usual and discounted that he wouldn't be coming to see me as my semester break is nearing thus he would then make his way back to Penang instead.

Upon my dad's arrival, on my way downstairs greeting my dad there's another call from my cousin asking 'Nabil,when are you coming back?' and I replied 'right after my exam on May 16' and consequently he responded ''I'll call you back''.Then I sensed something is not right.Then on our way for a dinner considering my dad might be hungry travelling down here visiting me we proceeded for dinner.Then there's another phone call and this time is from my mum and I feel double strange again as there's something important matter to be hide.Then mother asked,
''Has daddy inform you anything?''
Immediately, I replied 'No' while hearing background sound of sorrow then I get to know that my grandma addressed as 'Mami' 'is no more' interrupted by my dad.Later on,my dad drives back to Penang without me to pay a visit.
So today my both grandmother is no more available in this world and they were both 'taken' simultaneously within the same year so as to my grandmother of dad's side addressed as 'Opah' of whom laid to rest on Jan 1 2010.Now I do only have my grandfather (mum's side') left at 84 years old.While my grandfather of my father's side passed away somewhere in 1985 before I was born.Wish that my grandfather will be strong enough there to accept the departure since she had accompanied him for about 60 years!

Overall it's a double whammy for me who is away and could not give my last respect as I'm now on my final examinations that officially kick-starts on May 5 carrying 6 subjects which is quite heavy and I was advised hard by all my immediate family members not to comeback and remain focus with my exam and now had so far done with 1 paper and left 5 more in addition to MUET speaking test.On another note I was inform by my mum again that the late grandma did mention my name three times before her last breath.Really miss them.Al-Fatihah and Yassin and that's the best gift for all of them.Semoga roh mereka dicucuri Rahmat...

First of all I wish to take this opportunity to wish all Muslims Salam Maal Hijrah leaving behind 1430 ushering 1431 based on Islamic Qamari Calendar with a new white book venturing into new year with refreshing body,spirit and soul collectively! Alhamdulillah.

As new year emerge, lists of resolutions are written, understood and empowered to further improved our actions,dedication as well as attitude as a whole in respective field that we are involved in. With that regard, we must not embodied ourselves with slogans, mission statements, doctrines just.Rather understanding well every single aspects of matters on fundamental wise cohesively; repairing the flaw as wise as possible, promoting the application of our sensory perception in addition to our 5 sensory gifts proactively towards achieving blessing and honor from Allah the Sustainer both Universally & The Day After.It is not something easy to be done fortnightly but it can be optimistically done with a little of positive charges starting by the strong people, down to the grassroots in promoting peace and order.

Interpretation and speculation perhaps we can address as 'fitnah' on mankind are extremely wild and free showing no sign of stopping yet it gets worse from day to day none other then our fault and action suffice to say with improper use of media,manipulation and subtle play of unscrupulous games that lowly informed individual,groups and clusters got into trapped and eaten on the Chess board within few steps.How could our mind can be manipulated so nicely fertile?
Very poor of that.We wish protection from you Ya Allah.

On another note in the affairs of Muslim Societies today,cognitively speaking,bullets of selfishness, act of raucousness, acting smart and bunch of tricks must be gradually decrease and be avoided while focusing rebuilding the strength of Ummah in a modern world society without undermining the origin of teaching which are now hardly hit by our "ignorance + disintegration + insensitivity + pleasing foolishly' resulting losses of everything like an earthquake. Hello everyone. Seems like it’s been for months I did not update the blog due to various matters and activities that arise. During the time, the process undergone was awesome as somewhat like attending seminars, talk and discussion forum primarily in my hometown as well as Malacca. I’m glad that I manage to observe certain issues more closely whereby the speakers highlighting traps and opportunities, information and issues at large in many ways within the context of our environment. However, what I could do most as of now is of course just to listen. In terms of knowledge application: hang on yeah

So much of the information mostly is crucial throughout the sessions for personal improvement which actually should begin in the youth life not just when one got employed. As for knowledge-wise it is helpful to nurture application processes for the reason that generally we undergraduate were under-exposed (perhaps due to too much of theories learning) in terms of the reality of today’s rapid system .I remember the phrase from one of the speakers says ‘‘make your information worth million of dollars”. But that doesn’t meant we are allow to abuse with the information we had but referring to decision making that wholly tells that the right information can make lots of differences in the affairs of managing.

Well as of recently on a different occasion under the subject of International Business (IB) taught by lecturer by the named of Mr Thev of whom invited the consultant from Panasonic Malaysia to share about IB matters . We were fortunate and delighted to learn about Japanese culture and customs. Among the matters that were decoded are

- Be a corporate citizen I every country by respecting culture, custom and language

- Give overseas operations the best manufacturing technology the company has

- Keep the expatriate low and groom local management to take-over

- Let their own rules, fine-tuning manufacturing process to match the skills of employees

- Encourage cooperation and build strategic relationship

Apart from that, the speaker shares on about how the FDI (foreign direct investment) had benefited us here to some extend

-flow of ideas, services and capital and technology

-wider choices for consumers

-acquisition variety of products

-mobility of labour, capital and technology

-creating employment opportunities

-maximization of resources

-R&D process

Throughout the sharing above I feel that the more we develop and progress the more responsibilities we shall shoulder ahead. Briefly that’s all about I am able to write on. 1 In the first place it is not a matter of give and take issues. Generally when someone needs something beyond reasonable level he/she will borrow stuffs as a short-cut or as a last resort choice given on individual real intention in seeking assistance from. No way, If we lend something let it there be in black and white not just words because words can be manipulated. This type of borrower is commonly a good orator and word twister indeed. SO again beware and beware and remain alert.

2 Applauding / being apologetic in other words called (bodek) is another continuous terrible phenomenon in society whereby benefiting those incompetent jack-ass to be promoted, protected and attaining personal gain if left uncheck will deteriorate the performance of well experienced and skilled individual causing brain-drain as a consequences will be a great loss for any institution or organization. Similarly like assigning someone who don’t know how to swim being position as a coast-guard at the shore putting victim’s life at stake.

In my opinion the system of colonial introduced assigned past and modern politicians to safeguard the interest of capitalists largely as oppose to people’s interest in priority. If the politician is good enough our interest as the people will be look after both at scene and behind the scene.

4 Mankind still don’t entitle to fair consumerism and rights protection thus much work and effort need to be done in order to put in-force. That’s the reason why when their cash-coffer dries-up yet could still function operationally! Surprise isn’t it ?

1. Nowadays people mind are boiling and transmitting as fast as lightning to assert comment, dictates point and judgement, provoking, instil hatred up to microorganism degree for whatever situation or cases that had just momentarily happen without strong justifications, confirmation and surety neglecting on macro-side the then. Thanks to the rapid technology advancement and fantastic information system whereby we can be a bit smart and genius forgoing legitimacy able to have almost don’t know don’t care type of people till a baby in a cradle with pacifier in foreseeable time-line and in-fact happening now to interrupt in the name of freedom yet self-appointing as jury, counsel or commentators. I feel we still have no shortage in such field in a mass unanimously yet many people are seeking place out there though as compared to other professions concern.

2. It’s easy to guide then to navigate which in this case talks about mounting passion and fanaticism of people who are too desperate to completely passionately expelling and dismantling orders and systems which has been in place for quite sometimes and proven effective internationally. By the way theory ,is not 100% practical and vice-versa but we cannot side-line both completely and using self and personal-interest point.In my opinion evaluation criteria require painstaking mixture of practicality ,theoretical and measuring aspects in achieving truly aspiration over the journey in law and orders that highly exposed to external changes like globalization and geopolitics realm in totality!

JENIS MILIKAN TANAH MELAYU

Pendahuluan

Tanah merupakan faktor pengeluaran utama bagi menghasilkan sumber – sumber ekonomi. Tanah juga merupakan unsur yang terhad. Ini adalah disebabkan keluasan tanah yang adalah dalam 70:30 yang mana peratusannya adalah kecil iaitu 30% dari keluasan bumi.

Milikan tanah adalah lebih menunjukkan kepada kekuasaan mutlak oleh pemilik tanah terhadap tanah yang telah diberimilik sama ada melalui pemberimilikan tanah, pembelian/pelupusan tanah atau pemilikan tanah secara tradisi. Di dalam dokumen hakmilik tanah yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak berkuasa negeri, nama pemilik berdaftar telah ditetapkan di dalam muka surat ketiga dan keempat bagi dokumen hakmilik (pada mukasurat ini tertera tajuk urusan – urusan berkaitan dengan pemilikan dan urusniaga tanah).

Di dalam membincangkan tajuk jenis – jenis milikan tanah oleh orang Melayu, terdapat beberapa kategori milikan tanah iaitu Milikan Tanah Hakmilik Terbuka (Open Title), Hakmilik Pegangan Bumiputera (bagi projek pembangunan hartanah), Hakmilik dibawah Pegangan Melayu (Malay Holdings), Hakmilik Tanah Simpanan Melayu, Tanah Pegangan Adat Negeri Sembilan dan Melaka, dan Penempatan Pertanian Melayu atau “Malay Agriculture Settlements” (MAS yang terdapat di Kampung Baru, Kuala Lumpur sahaja).

Jenis – Jenis Milikan Tanah Melayu

Pemilikan tanah oleh masyarakat Melayu atau Bumiputera adalah dikategorikan kepada 6 jenis. Antaranya ialah :-

a) Hakmilik Terbuka

Hakmilik tanah secara terbuka adalah merujuk kepada tanah – tanah dimiliki oleh masyarakat Melayu yang boleh diurusniagakan kepada sesiapa sama ada seseorang itu adalah Melayu atau Bukan Melayu. Dalam konteks ini, pemilikan dan urusniaga bagi tanah kategori ini adalah tidak terhad dan nilai urusniaganya adalah berasaskan harga pasaran semata – mata. Proses untuk mendapatkan tanah yang dikategorikan dalam milikan ini boleh melalui pemberimilikan tanah oleh pihak berkuasa negeri atau pindahmilik tanah antara penjual dan pembeli.

Kebanyakkan tanah yang dikategorikan hakmilik ini mempunyai permintaan yang baik dimana turun naik permintaan terhadap tanah ini adalah berdasarkan lokaliti, kedudukan dan bentuk fizikal tanah ini. Tanah – tanah sebegini hanya tertakluk kepada peruntukkan – peruntukkan dibawah Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 dan undang – undang tanah lain selain dari Enakmen – Enakmen Rizab Melayu Negeri – Negeri dan Tanah Rizab Orang Asli.

Tanah hakmilik terbuka ini juga boleh diperolehi melalui pemansuhan tanah – tanah rizab tertentu melalui peruntukkan – peruntukkan yang telah dibenarkan dibawah mana – mana undang – undang bertulis. Walaubagaimanapun, pemilikan terhadap tanah ini adalah tertakluk kepada peruntukkan – peruntukkan yang tertera di dalam dokumen hakmilik yang meliputi Jenis Penggunaan Tanah, Syarat – Syarat Nyata dan Sekatan – Sekatan Kepentingan yang telah dimasukkan oleh pihak berkuasa negeri bagi tujuan pengawalan terhadap penggunaan tanah.

Selain daripada itu, di dalam Fasal 89(2)(a) Perlembagaan Persekutuan juga memperuntukkan mana – mana tanah di dalam sesebuah negeri yang hendak diisytiharkan sebagai Tanah Rizab Melayu, maka tanah – tanah lain yang mempunyai keluasan yang sama dengan tanah rizab Melayu yang diisytiharkan hendaklah dibuka kepada sesiapa sama ianya Melayu atau Bukan Melayu. Tanah ini juga dikenali sebagai Tanah Hakmilik Terbuka.

Terdapat juga bentuk Hakmilik Tanah Terbuka yang wujud melalui peruntukkan unit – unit hartanah yang telah ditetapkan koutanya 70:30 iaitu 30% untuk pegangan Bumiputera dan 70% untuk pegangan terbuka sama ada Bumiputera atau Bukan Bumiputera. Ekuiti 30% pegangan Bumiputera akan dibincangkan di dalam Topik (b).

b) Hakmilik Pegangan Bumiputera

Tanah kategori ini wujud apabila mana – mana tanah dibangunkan dengan projek – projek pembangunan hartanah yang mana sebanyak 30% daripada jumlah unit hartanah yang hendak dibangunkan hendaklah dirizabkan kepada bakal – bakal pembeli Bumiputera dengan harga diskaun sebanyak 5% daripada harga jualan. Unit hartanah yang diperuntukkan kepada Bumiputera ini telah diwujudkan semasa era Dasar Ekonomi Baru (DEB) yang diperkenalkan pada tahun 1970. walaubagaimanapun, dasar ini telahpun tamat pada tahun 1990 dan diikuti pula dengan Dasar Pembangunan Nasional Pertama (DPN I) (1991 – 2000) dan Dasar Pembangunan Nasional Kedua (DPN II) (2001 – 2020). Kedua – dua DPN ini masih lagi mengekalkan kandungan DEB yang memperuntukkan ekuiti 30% untuk pegangan Bumiputera dalam semua hal termasuklah pemilikan hartanah.

Bagi hartanah yang dikategorikan sebagai Ekuiti Bumiputera ini, ia dibezakan melalui peruntukkan di dalam Sekatan Kepentingan yang tertera di dalam Dokumen Hakmilik. Bagi hakmilik yang dikategorikan sebagai Bukan Ekuiti Bumiputera, di dalam Sekatan – Sekatan Hakmilik tidak dimasukkan sebarang sekatan berbanding dengan hartanah yang dikategorikan sebagai Ekuiti Bumiputera. Biasanya, peruntukkan yang dimasukkan di dalam Sekatan – Sekatan Kepentingan Dokumen Hakmilik akan tertera dengan perkataan “Tanah ini tidak boleh dipindahmilik atau dibebankan melainkan dengan kebenaran Pihak Berkuasa Negeri. Sekatan ini tidak akan terpakai selepas 7 tahun dari tarikh pindahmilik pertama”.

Ekuiti ini wujud apabila projek – projek pembangunan hartanah dibangunkan sama ada di atas tanah – tanah yang diberimilik oleh pihak berkuasa negeri atau tanah – tanah yang dikategorikan sebagai tanah Hakmilik Terbuka. Tujuan utama ekuiti ini diwujudkan adalah untuk memastikan kaum Bumiputera dapat memiliki unit – unit hartanah bersama – sama masyarakat Bukan Bumiputera serta menggalakkan penglibatan masyarakat Bumiputera di dalam aktiviti sosial, ekonomi dan politik. Pada masa kini, walaupun diperuntukkan pegangan 30% ekuiti untuk Bumiputera bagi pemilikan unit – unit hartanah, masalah unit – unit tidak terjual berlaku di kawasan – kawasan yang mempunyai nilai hartanah yang tinggi terutama di bandar – bandar besar seperti Lembah Klang, Pulau Pinang dan Johor Bahru. Pemaju unit hartanah semestinya tidak mahu menanggung kerugian. Oleh yang demikian, peruntukkan ini tidak “kebal” berbanding dengan tanah – tanah rizab Melayu. Ini adalah kerana pemaju boleh memohon kepada pihak berkuasa negeri untuk membatalkan peruntukkan pegangan Bumiputera.

c) Tanah Pegangan Melayu

Sebagaimana yang kita ketahui, di Malaysia terdapat 6 enakmen – enakmen rizab Melayu yang digunapakai di Negeri – Negeri Melayu Bersekutu (Perak, Selangor, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan dan Pahang), Kedah, Perlis, Kelantan, Terengganu dan Johor. Pengertian “Pegangan Melayu” adalah seperti berikut mengikut enakmen – enakmen yang digunapakai di negeri – negeri berkenaan :-

Enakmen Rizab Melayu (Negeri – Negeri Melayu Bersekutu Bab 142) 1933

Pegangan Melayu termasuklah:-

a) termasuk mana – mana kepentingan berdaftar bagi seorang Melayu sebagai pemilik tunggal atau pemilik bersama bagi mana – mana tanah yang telah diberimilik termasuklah di dalam sebuah kawasan Rizab Melayu yang telah diisytihar dan digazetkan dibawah Enakmen ini : diperuntukkan bahawa kepentingan ini tidak boleh dimaksudkan sebagai Pegangan Melayu sehingga tanah ini didaftarkan di dalam dokumen hakmilik daftar sebagaimana yang dikehendaki di dalam Borang A Jadual Pertama di dalam Seksyen 6 Enakmen ini, dan,
b) mana – mana kepentingan berdaftar bagi seorang Melayu sebagai pemilik tunggal atau pemilik bersama bagi mana – mana tanah yang diberimilik termasuklah di dalam sebuah kawasan Rizab Melayu yang telah diisytiharkan dan digazetkan dibawah peruntukkan – peruntukkan di dalam Enakmen Rizab Melayu 1933.

Enakmen Rizab Melayu Johor 1936

“…..Pegangan Melayu bermaksud mana – mana kepentingan berdaftar bagi seorang Melayu sebagai pemilik tunggal atau pemilik bersama di dalam mana – mana tanah yang diberimilik termasuklah di dalam sebuah kawasan Rizab Melayu yang telah diisytiharkan atau digazetkan dibawah peruntukkan – peruntukkan Enakmen ini, memperuntukkan bahawa tidak ada kepentingan yang dimaksudkan sebagai Pegangan Melayu sehingga ianya didaftarkan di dalam dokumen hakmilik daftar sebagaimana dikehendaki di dalam Borang A, Jadual Pertama yang diperuntukkan di dalam Seksyen 7 Enakmen ini…”

Enakmen Rizab Melayu Terengganu 1941

Pegangan Melayu termasuklah :-

a) mana – mana kepentingan berdaftar bagi seorang Melayu atau Syarikat Pegangan Melayu sebagai pemilik tunggal atau pemilik bersama di dalam mana – mana tanah desa yang merangkumi keluasan pegangan tidak lebih dari 10 ekar kawasan;

b) mana – mana kepentingan yang telah direkodkan bagi seorang Melayu sebagai penduduk tunggal atau penduduk bersama di dalam mana – mana tanah desa yang meliputi dalam mana – mana pegangan yang mempunyai keluasan tidak melebihi 10 ekar dan diduduki dibawah satu tuntutan pemilik yang direkodkan dibawah Enakmen Petempatan;

c) mana – mana tanah desa yang meliputi dalam mana – mana pegangan yang mempunyai keluasan tidak melebihi 10 ekar bagi penduduk tunggal atau penduduk bersama adalah seorang Melayu yang mana namanya telah dimasukkan di dalam Daftar Permohonan yang telah diluluskan selaras dengan peruntukkan – peruntukkan Enakmen Tanah dan Peraturan – Peraturan yang berkaitan;

d) mana – mana kepentingan berdaftar bagi seorang Melayu atau Syarikat Pegangan Melayu sebagai pemilik tunggal atau pemilik bersama, dan mana – mana kepentingan yang direkodkan bagi seorang Melayu sebagai penduduk tunggal atau penduduk bersama dibawah tuntutan pemilik yang direkodkan dibawah Enakmen Petempatan, di dalam mana – mana bandar atau kampung yang mana tanah ini telah diberimilik dibawah Enakmen Tanah atau diduduki dibawah Enakmen Petempatan dan termasuklah di dalam sebuah kawasan Rizab Melayu yang telah diisytiharkan atau digazetkan dibawah peruntukkan – peruntukkan Enakmen ini, diperuntukkkan,

bahawa tidak ada kepentingan yang boleh dianggap sebagai sebuah Pegangan Melayu sehinggalah ianya didaftarkan di dalam dokumen hakmilik daftar sebagaimana yang dikehendaki di dalam Borang A, Jadual Pertama yang diperuntukkan dibawah Seksyen 6 Enakmen ini.

Enakmen – Enakmen Rizab Melayu bagi Negeri – Negeri Kedah, Perlis dan Kelantan tidak mendefinisikan Pegangan Melayu.

Dengan merujuk kepada peruntukkan – peruntukkan yang dinyatakan, Pegangan Melayu adalah merujuk kepada tanah – tanah yang telah didaftarkan sebagai Tanah Rizab Melayu. Walaubagaimanapun tanah – tanah ini boleh dimiliki oleh orang Melayu secara tunggal atau bersama dengan Bukan Melayu. Terdapat juga tanah – tanah Pegangan Melayu dimiliki sepenuhnya oleh Bukan Melayu yang mana ianya wujud sebelum peruntukkan Rizab Melayu dikuatkuasakan pada tahun 1913. Terdapat juga tanah – tanah Pegangan Melayu yang dimiliki oleh Bukan Melayu, namun peruntukkan – peruntukkan dibawah Enakmen Rizab Melayu tidak terpakai selagi tanah ini diurusniagakan kepada Bukan Melayu. Sekiranya berlaku pindahmilik antara Bukan Melayu kepada Melayu, maka peruntukkan – peruntukkan Enakmen Rizab Melayu akan terpakai.

Bagi negeri – negeri Perlis dan Kedah, terdapat satu lagi bentuk kepentingan Tanah Rizab Melayu yang dimiliki oleh golongan Petani Siam. Walaubagaimanapun, pemilikan Tanah Rizab Melayu yang dimiliki oleh Petani Siam tidak boleh diwarisi apabila petani tersebut meninggal dunia.

d) Tanah Rizab Melayu

Tanah – tanah ini adalah merujuk kepada mana – mana tanah negeri yang telah diisytiharkan sebagai Tanah Rizab Melayu dibawah Enakmen – Enakmen Rizab Melayu Negeri. Penguatkuasaan undang – undang Rizab Melayu telah wujud sebelum negara mencapai kemerdekaan dan dijamin kepentingan dibawah Fasal 89 Perlembagaan Persekutuan. Terdapat 9 negeri di Semenanjung Malaysia mempunyai peruntukkan Tanah Rizab Melayu iaitu Perlis, Kedah, Perak, Selangor, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu, Negeri Sembilan dan Johor. Kesemua negeri – negeri ini mempunyai enakmen rizab Melayu yang tersendiri iaitu Enakmen Rizab Melayu 1933 (NMB Bab 142) yang digunapakai di Perak, Selangor, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Pahang dan Negeri Sembilan, Enakmen Rizab Melayu Kelantan 1930, Enakmen Rizab Melayu Kedah 1931, Enakmen Rizab Melayu Perlis 1935, Enakmen Rizab Melayu 1936 dan Enakmen Rizab Melayu Terengganu 1941.

Enakmen – enakmen ini telah diwujudkan oleh Badan Perundangan Kolonial British yang bertujuan untuk mengawal penjualan tanah oleh orang – orang Melayu kepada Bukan Melayu, mengekalkan kawasan penanaman makanan untuk masyarakat Melayu, memperkasakan Dasar Pecah dan Perintah oleh Kerajaan Kolonial British di Tanah Melayu dan mengurangkan penglibatan masyarakat Melayu di dalam aktiviti – aktiviti ekonomi bercorak komersial. Semasa British memperkenalkan Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Kerajaan Kolonial Inggeris telah mengazetkan kawasan seluas 4,545,937.4 ekar sebagai Tanah Rizab Melayu. Tanah Rizab Melayu dijamin kepentingannya dibawah Fasal 89 Perlembagaan Persekutuan dan ia merupakan satu perundangan sahaja yang boleh mengatasi Perlembagaan Persekutuan berhubung definisi Melayu. Di dalam Fasal ini juga memperuntukkan keluasan Tanah Rizab Melayu adalah dikekalkan koutanya sebagaimana yang ada sebelum negara mencapai kemerdekaan pada 31 Ogos 1957. Selain itu, pembatalan mana – mana Tanah Rizab Melayu hendaklah digantikan dengan keluasan dan nilai yang sama sebagaimana yang dikehendaki di dalam peruntukkan fasal ini.

Di dalam enakmen – enakmen Rizab Melayu, tanah – tanah ini adalah tidak sah jika ianya diurusniagakan kepada Bukan Melayu sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan di dalam peruntukkan – peruntukkan berikut :-

a) Sekatan Terhadap Pemberimilikan kepada Bukan Melayu
b) Sekatan Terhadap Pindahmilik, Cagaran dan Pajakan Kepada Bukan Melayu
c) Sekatan Terhadap Urusniaga melalui Wakil kepada Bukan Melayu
d) Sekatan Terhadap Kaveat Lien sebagai Jaminan Pinjaman.
e) Sekatan Terhadap Kaveat – Kaveat Lain oleh Penkaveat Bukan Melayu
f) Sekatan Berhubung Pengisytiharan Bankrap bagi mana – mana Tanah Rizab Melayu untuk dipegang Oleh “Official Assignee”
g) Sekatan Terhadap “attachments in execution”
h) Sekatan Sebagai Pemegang Amanah oleh Bukan Melayu
i) Sekatan Terhadap Pemberian Probat dan Surat Wakil Kuasa kepada Bukan Melayu
j) Sekiranya berlaku lelongan, Bukan Melayu dihalang untuk menangkap lelong bagi tanah – tanah Rizab Melayu

Meskipun enakmen – enakmen Rizab Melayu bertindak sebagai “benteng pertahanan terakhir” terhadap kepentingan pemilikan tanah – tanah bagi masyarakat Melayu, namun masalah tanah – tanah rizab Melayu tidak dibangunkan selain dari masalah nilainya adalah lebih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan tanah – tanah hakmilik terbuka. Akibatnya, banyak tanah – tanah rizab Melayu yang terletak di kawasan – kawasan bandar tidak dapat dimajukan dan dibangunkan yang mengakibatkan kawasan – kawasan tanah rizab Melayu berkenaan menjadi kawasan terbiar dan memberi persepsi yang kurang enak di kawasan – kawasan bandar utama.

Masalah pemilikan tanah secara beramai – ramai yang diwarisi secara warisan mengakibatkan tanah – tanah berkenaan tidak menghasilkan pulangan pendapatan yang ekonomik terutamanya yang terletak di kawasan – kawasan desa. Ini mengakibatkan tanah – tanah tersebut terbiar dan tidak mendatangkan hasil kepada pemilik – pemiliknya. Sekaligus ia mengakibatkan taraf ekonomi bagi pemilik – pemiliknya semakin rendah sejajar dengan keadaan ekonomi negara pada masa kini.

e) Tanah Pegangan Adat Negeri Sembilan dan Melaka

Tanah ini adalah merujuk kepada pemilikan tanah adat bagi masyarakat Melayu berketurunan Minangkabau yang tinggal di Negeri Sembilan dan Wilayah Naning di Melaka. Bagi tanah – tanah ini, ia diperuntukkan dibawah Enakmen Pegangan Adat 1926 bagi Negeri Sembilan dan Bahagian VIII, Akta Kanun Tanah Negara (Hakmilik – Hakmilik bagi Negeri Pulau Pinang dan Melaka) 1963, bagi negeri Melaka.

Dalam konteks Tanah Pegangan Adat ini, pemakaiannya adalah merangkumi daerah – daerah Kuala Pilah, Rembau, Tampin dan Jelebu di Negeri Sembilan. Manakala di negeri Melaka pula adalah merujuk kepada Tanah Adat Naning yang tertakluk kepada Daftar Tanah Adat Melaka. Negeri – negeri ini mengamalkan Adat Perpatih sebagai cara hidup mereka yang mana setiap suku masyarakat Minangkabau akan diketuai oleh Lembaga yang terdiri dari Undang bagi setiap daerah yang dilantik menurut peruntukkan Seksyen 2A, Enakmen Tanah Pegangan Adat Negeri Sembilan.

f) Kawasan Petempatan Pertanian Melayu (Malay Agriculture Settlement)

Petempatan ini hanya wujud di Kampung Baru Kuala Lumpur yang mana ianya telah diwujudkan pada tahun 1897 melalui peruntukkan dibawah Enakmen Tanah Selangor. Kawasan ini telah digazetkan sebagai kawasan pertanian bagi masyarakat Melayu yang tinggal di Kuala Lumpur. Dari aspek perundangan, tanah ini adalah berbeza jika dibandingkan dengan peruntukkan bagi tanah – tanah Rizab Melayu yang digunapakai bagi kawasan – kawasan lain. Tujuan utama Kerajaan Kolonial British mewartakan kawasan ini sebagai Petempatan Pertanian Melayu adalah untuk memastikan masyarakat Melayu di Kuala Lumpur tidak memindahmilikkan tanah – tanah mereka kepada Bukan Melayu serta menjamin kapasiti makanan ruji bagi masyarakat Melayu.

Semasa era penjajahan Inggeris di Kuala Lumpur, terdapat banyak kawasan – kawasan perlombongan yang telah dibuka dan kebanykkannya dimiliki oleh saudagar – saudagar asing yang terdiri daripada golongan imigran China dan Eropah. Bagi mengekalkan identiti Melayu di Kuala Lumpur serta menjamin tanaman makanan bagi masyarakat Melayu di sekitar kawasan berkenaan, kerajaan telah mewartakan satu kawasan pertanian di Kampung Baru.

Setelah lebih 100 tahun Kampung Baru diwartakan sebagai Kawasan Petempatan Pertanian Melayu, pada masa kini kawasan sekitarnya telah dimajukan sebagai kawasan komersil yang mengakibatkan tanah – tanah di Kampung Baru tersepit dengan arus pembangunan. Meskipun terletak berhampiran dengan Segitiga Emas Pusat Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, namun masalah pemilikan tanah yang tidak boleh diurusniaga kepada Bukan Melayu menyebabkan kawasan ini tidak membangun. Oleh yang demikian, Kampung Baru telah bertindak sebagai kawasan Warisan Melayu di Kuala Lumpur yang masih bertahan di tengah – tengah arus pembangunan di Kota Metropolitan Kuala Lumpur.

Kesimpulan

Berdasarkan kepada huraian – huraian yang dinyatakan diatas, sebenarnya orang – orang Melayu banyak bergantung kepada pemilikan tanah yang dilindungi melalui undang – undang bertulis serta dasar – dasar yang khas diwujudkan bagi melindungi kepentingan dan keistimewaan masyarakat Melayu. Namun, masyarakat Melayu tidak mempunyai kekuatan dari aspek kewangan bagi memiliki tanah – tanah yang berpotensi baik yang terletak di bandar – bandar besar. Ini adalah disebabkan oleh kuasa beli bagi orang Melayu adalah masih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan kaum – kaum Bukan Melayu lain di Malaysia.

Oleh yang demikian, masyarakat Melayu perlu sedar bahawa tanah merupakan aset utama bagi mengembangkan sosio-ekonomi mereka. Tanpa tanah, orang – orang Melayu tidak mampu untuk menjanakan pembangunan ekonomi mereka. Pada masa kini, sikap orang Melayu yang mudah menerima khabar angin menyebabkan mereka kehilangan tanah. Ini adalah kerana, masyarakat Melayu lebih nampak ke arah untuk mendapatkan pendapatan segera melalui penjualan tanah tanpa memikirkan natijah yang akan berlaku sekiranya mereka tidak memiliki tanah. Pada masa kini, masyarakat Melayu amat bergantung harap terhadap corak pemilikan tanah secara warisan, peruntukkan tanah rizab Melayu dan Kouta Bumiputra di dalam pemilikan tanah. Sikap ini haruslah dikikis dan masyarakat Melayu hendaklah berusaha untuk memiliki tanah yang lebih banyak bagi tujuan untuk meningkatkan taraf sosio-ekonomi mereka.

With response to an article that appears in Business Times today, the YTL Corp Boss sharing his passion over and over for the bullet train to be build connecting KL and Singapore within 90 minutes. Anyhow before high-impact project to be spin-off there are major factors that are certainly needed to be considers by this businessman of whom now controls Power Seraya after RM9bil deal successfully closed (Singapore-based energy Company) along with MP Reit (investment portfolio comprising two major properties on Singapore's Orchard Road—Wisma Atria & Ngee Ann City) for $189 million all under the flagship of YTL Corporation.Anyhow congratulations for the success.

1.As a rule of thumb,financially and economically we are not yet ready to implement single infrastructure project at this point of time considering out per-capita income stands at US$ 8141 meanwhile Singaporean stands at US$38,972 as of 2008 data compiled by IMF. So we must put the very first priority to achieve higher per-capita before indulging ourselves with bullet train.

2.We have to be vigilant that KLIA, ERL will definitely turn-out to be white-elephant airport & facilities as most airline passenger will be indirectly shifted to Changi Airport or wherever possible ever-since advertising space on the bullet-train will be filled with our neighboring country advertisement and heavy promotion activities as a by way to indirectly competing in our local market as compared to local companies that are budget-conscious as far as ad costs is concern; of course YTL will pick the highest bidders for ad rights which entirely confirm will not be a local company.

In the meantime KLIA long-term debt service will experience difficulty as the contribution from the potential passengers traffic in KLIA will record significant drops.Tax-payers money is at risk to serve the debt.

3. PLUS highway will be put out of business because as only commercial and heavy vehicles would be utilizing the highway along KL and Singapore stretch and that the company may encounter problem to serve its debt over the long run due to significantly lower contribution by the Class 1 vehicle (car) ;thereafter the government must use tax-payers money as a last resort to overcome the situation.

4. AirAsia and MAS will be in trouble to retain their thinly profitable earnings between KL-Singapore segment routes.

5. Man power elimination and reduction translates into unemployment. For instance, SME’s along the PLUS R&R will be badly affected with the project as well as express bus companies. The express bus would end up as a junk box. Potential tax revenue derivation from logistics and services is going to deplete.

6. Probably when the above-mentioned company gone down due to construction of bullet train there will probably be acquisition trail by the proposed party to take-over the loss-making company in the name to turn-around.who knows?anything could happen in the name of business game.

7. So forth we must not zipped, dismantle and seize the rice-bowl of lower-income group away of their mouth since those group along the stretch(kl-jb) applying their energy and rank to survive based on day-to-day income to feed many mouth at home; unless the proposed party are willing to compensate potential income-loss by this category group of people.

8. In conclusion the passion and dream to built bullet-train seems to be economically harmful and non-viable considering our limited capacity and resources at this juncture of time putting mounting and immense pressure on tax-payers hard-earned money to be sacrificed towards interested parties whereby there are more urgent agenda and greater affairs that we must first solved and restored before striking and embarking over onto expensive project at forefront to feed the mouth, lusts and pocket of the certain rich people. The destiny of people and nation will be at risk if we thought too much on mega-projects especially during hard-times. Think again.

With regard to global economy turmoil which started during end of 2007, we had observed and experienced volatile business environment, negative market performance and many other disastrous occasions taking place in financial market eg madoff scheme, workers layoff by the employers of which substantially affect the overall household income dramatically feeling like the economy is about to burst and explode at anytime; either we realize or we don’t!!

When the going gets tough, the tough gets going. Nevertheless we can’t predict for how long the tough gets going since financial market is very sensitive with respect to uncertainty, trust and confidence issues going ahead

Anyhow for local and foreign investors here are deemed fortunate with the latest rules and regulations upon the introduction and reformation of business practice by the government along with 2 Stimulus Packages implemented earlier, liberalization moves announced (April 22 2009) in 27 services sub-sectors and followed through with liberalization measures (June 30-July1 2009 ) to enhance the role of the financial sector as a key enabler and catalyst of economic growth .Listed below are the strategies lauded

1.foreign shareholding levels in the existing brokerage firm is capped to 70% from 49% initially.

2.Central Bank (BNM) and Securities Commission (SC) consider granting out visa application for those in capital market industries and financial markets to attract and retained specialist in this field to remain here.

3.Investment institute namely EKUINAS (Ekuiti Nasional Berhad) with an initial capital of RM500million focusing largely on high growth potential nature of business that are aligned to New Economic Model.

4.stimulating fund management retail business like mutual fund/unit trust business by allowing foreign operation ownership of 100%..

5.as for retailing segment is concern, foreign shareholding level in unit trust management company shall rise to 70% from 49% at present.

6.compliance of FIC (Foreign Investment Committee) will be completely abolished; so foreigners have liberty to buy and or sell properties here without any extra compliance required.

7.allowance for foreigners acquiring bumiputra/government real-estate easily here comes with FIC exemption for the purchase of below RM20 million.

8.50% of public shareholding spread for bumiputra investors, so forth the aim to achieved 30% bumiputra equity ownership level look more sustainable and equitable in the long run.

1. At present Malaysia had about 26 million of people excluding illegal immigrants underground. In the name of development changing landscape more and more people are coming here seeking for job opportunities. Just job please. In the meantime citizenship towards immigrants should no longer be given out anymore.

2. Going around the major cities we could find so many foreign workers assembling at their respective nationality spots during their free time. On the other note police to civilian ratio stands at 1:500 over and above 1:6800 for rural areas and major cities respectively based on the latest statistics. So to say the ratio stands at alarming rate nowadays for a police to handle peace and security.

3. Everyday personally we feel less and less secure particularly for woman i.e. carrying their handbag, to wear expensive accessories as well as other extreme crime acts are collectively on the uprising trend.

4. Intellectuality within globalisation, capitalism and liberalism could be hidden source of agenda empowering students to stay in their respective field limiting their understanding, knowledge and information totally off pure important knowledge rather being gradually replaced and reordered with ‘fake and transparent’ sources that makes them feel professional to drive globalisation, capitalism and liberalism of which create more harm then good . With this regard graduates must not just be graduates. We gotta lots of functions to explore, identify and disseminate hidden stuffs beyond!!

5. We are in hell-world (with regard to ‘..ism’ ideologies) now and extinguishing it hard to make heaven –like. Only sincere and credible most could do then.

6.certain big leaders of today synonymous with their influence ,knowledge and charismatic capability are not doing the best of the best at this juncture of time coz they do not make use the best of their knowledge & intelligence on how to adhere hand-on-hand approach seeing cases proactively, letting parties fighting persisting and charging at higher voltage , championing for a miniscule matters added with recessionary factors (translates into lesser work) makes many persons have so much free time acting aggressively nowadays making our country ‘looks’ like not that stable then before. All in all we could see they are all master of puppets injecting fiasco and riot in our mind. Not all maybe there are a few up there; if left unchecked our stability and safety can be jeopardize again..

7. For a simple case our disunity allowed people to purchase our water at 3 sen per 1000 gallon! Why there’s no emerging parties dare to voice out? Why aren’t the emerging leaders complaining and react over this issues that causes gargantuan annual losses to the nation?? Perhaps the contract can’t be changed much till the duration is reached but what about level-playing field? The word level-playing field must be something extremely familiar for a developed nations besides give and take aspects of which we give too much and take far too little indeed in-fact making loss

Perhaps we over-talk and emphasized on petrol retail price as compared to our other resources management .That’s totally insane selling rate considering the buyer came from very successful and wealthy country yet the basic source of water supply are being paid far lower then any other nation that are pocketing below US$1/day. To that extend ‘any other nation’ would be much richer as they have higher purchasing power in this case to pay for the water. what a shame!!! yet the ‘customers’ are making money out of the thin air by reselling . Out of 14 states in our country believe me there’s no even 1 state eligible could get this sort of business, I meant business..

8. Above all we have to be vigilant , extra careful and extremely aware for whatever contracts stated and hidden , terms & conditions that we are obligated to ensure we are not at losing streak in whatsoever negotiation and dealing sought be it individually, organizationally or nationally my friend.Don't look and expect much to settle big issues until '3 sen/1000 gallon' issues is first adjusted upward'.

The word 'management' is so powerful and universally applied in almost anywheres everywheres and at all time. On this posting we are gonna highlight a little on ideal Organizational Leadership ever since in a few years time we are all gonna start attaching ourselves towards the job organization.

1.The ability to see what no one else, to listen when others talk and the ability to to be optimistic when others are pessimistic.

2.Of course a leader must be visionary as well as enlightening the visions.

3.Meanwhile a manager focuses on doing things right while a leader focus on doing the right thing! Often we are confuse between a manager and a leader's role at times which may overlap as the leader and manager concurrently conducting their job.

On another note excellence is environmentally dependent whereby the surrounding area will determine and influence the person's mood , levels of productivity and last but not least the overall comfort but not too comfort either.Haha..

Part of the reason why I come with this sort of matters because I foresee weaknesses particularly certain counter-oriented organizations like banks, telecommunication providers and utilities of whom are unable to serve the clients within the stipulated time, ineffective yet unprofessional consultation plus over-entertaining irritating and thoughtless consumers which logically everyone feels they should be shifted over to receptionist / customer service in the intervening time call the subsequent clients.Thought the matter looks and sounds small the inefficiency have had our precious time, rank and patience taken away as a whole! With this regard the above-mentioned sectors should also apply whatever resources and measures to reduce substantially our non-refundable time!

What I'm going to emphasize is back onto Organizational Leadership of which certain quarters of managers nor leaders in the organization at branch levels usually could not see and evaluate well-prepared yet efficient clients lukewarm whom get forms or whatever documentation ready in advance before the his or her turn comes.

Thus responsive and proactive actions are needed to change 'relax' mentality among the counter-oriented staffs plus with the managers along with inconsiderate,thoughtless and selfish clients not to take time too much time, complete your transactions fast & give way for those queuing behind.

I'm totally sick of confronting,complaining and calling customer service during the course of action.Sigh.

Wow! All-done

1.Within this few weeks I have to catch up with three assignments that requires lots of reference and searching for information.Alhamudulillah it's nearing completion. As I spend time completing it, I could not let my hand free off the newspapers and magazines at the campus library reading
various sort of articles.

2.What caught my most attention was the snap-up of entire quota of ASW2020 and ASM (Amanah Saham Malaysia) by the Tionghua community in this country within few hours when the counter open.This is the example that we should follow how massive and powerful are their savings and cash reserves.In my opinion is shows how important it is to adapt self-employ concept and the importance of owning the business provided we must be discipline.It's pointless too if everyone has a business but not performing though.

3.With regard to the matter above, the Bumiputra units seems to be all-the time available.Perhaps this is the ideal and suitable issues for the Malay politicians and bussinessman need to address in the wake of global economy crisis.But seems like Malay people is hugely obsess with by-election power-tussle here and there and seeking popularity forgetting to educate and provide enough information towards the community to part-take in this sort of activities and apply.What's the problem here??

4.Well generally those Malay youngsters sorry to say are much prone to spend time at the Cybercafe, Football match hours weekly on the television, reality show smsing, loitering at the shopping malls as well as wasting money in many ways.Typically the subject on investment did not augur and well-accepted as a day-to-day basis talk.The paradigm must be change to encourage the savings habit and make Bumiputra more inclined on business.

5.I would perceived Bumiputra is now better-off then in 1970's as a whole but overhaul of mindset is needed to encourage them save and invest,acquiring tangible asset eg land,houses, gold and stocks participate actively in business programme rather then expecting and waiting for the contracts and procurement related work.

6.The 30% Bumiputra equity rules looks like slowly depleting in sectorial basis to increase our international presence and competitiveness thus my malay friend we have to be very bold and commited to get serious in business to show we are getting better provided other ethcnics too must be sincere too in the name of 1Malaysia.Because it's unfair for only Malays to sacrifice our rights all the time. In return we are hoping to be actively participate in private-sector without any discrimanation and denial.

7.I dare to speak up all the matter stated above based on my analysis and interview with the relatives and friends surrounding me so it must be seen as sincere comment towards the betterment of the nation because the present premiership has got a very clear moves to put our vision back on track after nearly 5 years of disturbances and flip-flop policies.So I am certain we will be able to carve our name internationally again step by step and see the mistake as the lesson to make sure it's not to be repeated.

Why PLUS Should NOT Be Privatised

My opinion:

You should consider not privatising because:

a) There are already too few big caps on the Bursa that attracts foreign funds and institutional investors. Already we have lost Maxis, can you imagine a time if IOI Corp and Sime Darby were to be taken private as well. You can then relegate the relevance of Bursa to foreign funds to almost non-existent.

b) The implications of taking PLUS private may mean that future capital raising for similar projects will be harder. Investors will consider that they will be taking the bulk of the risk upfront, but when traffic goes past critical mass, governments may take them private. It will translate into higher funding cost for similar projects in the future.

c) The majority of investors does not know that PLUS is actually Asia's largest listed toll expressway operator! The biggest. Next is Jiangsu Expressway (177 HK) and Zhejiang Expressway (576 HK). That certainly has to count for something, doesn't it? There are not many things that can put Malaysia on the investment map. We can argue about the merits of Sime Darby in acquiring the other big plantation firms, but at least strategically we have the largest plantation firm in the world. Being right up there in size means being able to dictate trends and squeeze out efficiencies. I think even management of PLUS does not realise the magnitude and relevance of the company and where its at, and what it can be.

d) The users-pay model for toll roads is an important aspect to expand the infrastructure and logistics for a country. Maybe some will argue that the terms may have been a bit too generous. That is up for debate. We should really embrace global best practices by opening up future toll projects for open tender. That way, we can ensure a fairer system on the consumers.

e) Toll roads operators will always get whacked when they start to rake in good profits, and the almost annual increments grate on consumers' nerves. I will give you an example, the Sydney Harbour bridge is less than 2km to cross and I remember as a student paying 50 cents to cross the bridge, now its $3.00. Toll roads are roads that may never be built (or being built quickly) if it wasn't done as a toll road. Toll roads must never be the only way to reach a destination, there has to be a choice. But generally, users in Singapore or Australia or the US do not gripe that much because their salaries and disposable incomes almost have a more than commensurate rise with other cost of living items and incidentals - and that is the crux of the matter.

f) If the government were to take up all the funding for all toll roads and make it free for all users, governments everywhere will never get to where they are now. Taxes will have to rise substantially to fund, repair and maintain them.

g) Looking at the positive side, at least Malaysia has not sold any tollways to foreign infrastructure operators like Macquarie Infrastructure. That company has bought over power plants, tollways, airports, etc... and there has not been a single positive feedback from consumers. Costs and annual hikes have been even more prohibitive when its sold and managed by independent companies.

h) The main gripe has more to do with rising cost of living that does not match the earnings power and growth of normal Malaysians. I have argued before that local salaries are depressed by virtue of the rise in foreign workers and Malaysia's addiction to subsidise for almost every thing. We subsidise fuel/gas, have controlled prices on many goods, we subsidise too many things, which prevents our salaries from rising and our grand plan is not strong enough to continually move our industries further up the value chain. Then you have these tollways which gets their guaranteed increments year in year out.

Consider how much it cost to travel on the NSE in 1995, when graduates pay was around RM2,000-2,200 ... and you compare today the cost of traveling on the NSE. 14 years later and graduates starting pay is still around RM2,200-2,500. That is the crux of the problem.

The government and politicians are fighting the wrong battle by taking PLUS private to appease the general public. The correct battle is to reduce foreign workers, reduce subsidies for fuel/gas and electricity for companies, and trash out the inefficient and ineffective industries we have been shouldering (such as auto). The quite inefficient allocation of resources by having huge taxes and duties on car imports just to protect the failing local auto makers should be scrapped. Malaysia is still in the top 3 places on earth where it is costliest to buy a car - that robs the people of a lot of purchasing power. Think better strategically, and you will find the public not so opposed to the toll rates. If your Toyota only cost you RM50,000 and not RM98,000 - I think many of those who rant and vent their anger at tolls would be placated.

We are addressing the wrong issue, we are getting angry at the wrong issue. Its not toll rates but our purchasing power and inefficient allocation of resources. Until then, we will keep fighting the wrong battles and getting angry at the wrong things. Get the big picture right once and for all.

Uncomfortable Updates

1.Of lately we are seeing so many theories popping out of the smart people in many
fields be it science,political,social and legal aspects to reflect
intellectuality,diversities and popularity, I guess?

2.The fact is we are seeing rapid negative pivotal changes in many areas especially
today's youth on accepting,adapting and adjusting towards unconventional doctrines
blindly,indulging in abnormal activities in the name of modern societies as well
as deliberately undermining important obligations towards the family,religion and
societies.Anyway I am not a pious person too in giving such views but I do see the
importance of it as an individual.

3. The civilian of today tend to take offensive and impulsive methodology to conduct
things for as long the evil and horrific dreams becomes reality.No doubt one day
it will not be possible too see civilian becoming soldiers out of nowhere.I feel
those who trumpeting for extreme rights take for granted on their public speaking
skills.I'm jealous over it.Sigh.
In this case,I do admire Westerners as well as Singaporeans to some extent
for preserving national, social and culture values highly although among
themselves internally have the differences in ideas but still portraying solid
unity.

4.Domestically aren't those acts be seen as the threat? We often look things in a
short-term manner by demanding dissolution of certain rules, amending this and that
obstructively without considering the rattling effects of social and
cultural sensitivities after all!!

5. We need to Remember!! That our country is only 52 years old and
would require strong and muscular level of intensity to propel ahead and seriously
have not enough time to 'tickle' each other in meeting the needs of globalization
and fast changing world!

KLSE STOCK PICKING

a) I just wish to add some spice over the rally on KLSE up to 925 point on April 6 2009 whereby
certain fundamentally stocks has been left behind in terms of valuation due to missing
brokerage coverage i guess.Judging from the situation i am overweight on property-related
stocks.

The stock mention is

GLOMAC (5020) trading at RM0.53 with P/E ratio of 4.2 times - had GDV of RM3 billion

as compared to

MahSing (8583) trading at RM1.66 with P/E ration of 11.2 times -had GDV of of RM3.8 billion

b) As for the construction sectors Zelan could probably seen on the rise and fair value was set to
90 Sen by the brokerage company and the stock tracker recorded higher and higher buying
volume.If I got the chance I wish I can get accumulate Zelan as it has been strongly link to
MMCorp and IJM.

c) MayBulk seems to be building solid base over the short-term as well due to 30 sen Final
dividend pay-out

Food That We Must Consume

I came across with an email that gives list of good to eat food and their vitamins as follow, with regard to modern societies lifestyle consuming various type of junk and fast food.Therefore let us together clear and detoxify our body together

Bread-

Bread is the most ideal and comprehensive wheat that consist of both bread cooked in a rounded burner. Bread needs to be kept cool before being eaten, or else, we will feel hungry when we eat. Bread that is old, not good for health. Bread wheat bran that is digestible. Prophet s.a.w. once said "Do not cut bread with a knife. Respect bread and hand cut with respect because God too respect the bread."

Caraway (Jintan manis)-

Caraway relieves pain in the body, smooth out the flow of menstruation, increase milk and discard the gas in the intestine. It can also be used in the form of powder around the eyes and apply gently outside eyes area is believe to reinforce the view of the eye.

Apple-

Apple with mild acid could strengthen the heart organ ; It might be the green apple.

Asparagus-

Nutritious fruit to clear kidney filtration system as well as facilitating child birth for women.

Banana-

Bananas may be soothing the body and it can be eaten with honey bees.

Barley-

Barley reduces high body temperature. Prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h. used to give barley soup to the people who got fever.

Cucumber-

Encourage small drainage. Eating dates with young cucumber potentially can increase body weight.FOR SKINNY PEOPLE ONLY!!!

To warm up our body. White caraway soaked in water and drink; it is good for the 'twisting' stomach could be a replacement for ENO.

How did we get into the current financial mess? Great question.

Turmoil in the Making

In 1910, seven men held a secret meeting on Jekyll Island off the coast of Georgia. It's estimated that those seven men represented one-sixth of the world's wealth. Six were Americans representing J.P. Morgan, John D. Rockefeller, and the U.S. government. One was a European representing the Rothschilds and Warburgs.

In 1913, the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank was created as a direct result of that secret meeting. Interestingly, the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank isn't federal, there are no reserves, and it's not a bank. Those seven men, some American and some European, created this new entity, commonly referred to as the Fed, to take control of the banking system and the money supply of the United States.

In 1944, a meeting in Bretton Woods, N.H., led to the creation of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. While the stated purposes for the two new organizations initially sounded admirable, the IMF and the World Bank were created to do to the world what the Federal Reserve Bank does to the United States.

In 1971, President Richard Nixon signed an executive order declaring that the United States no longer had to redeem its paper dollars for gold. With that, the first phase of the takeover of the world banking system and money supply was complete.

In 2008, the world is in economic turmoil. The rich are getting richer, but most people are becoming poorer. Much of this turmoil is directly related to those meetings that took place decades ago. In other words, much of this turmoil is by design.

Power and Domination

Some people say these events are part of a grand conspiracy, and that might well be. Some people say they represent the struggle between capitalists, communists and socialists, and that might be, too.

I personally don't participate in the debate over a possible global conspiracy; it's a waste of time. To me, the wider struggle is for power and domination. And while this struggle has done a lot of good — and a lot of bad — I just want to know how to avoid becoming its victim. I see no reason to be a mouse trying to stop a herd of elephants from fighting.

Currently, many people are suffering due to high oil price, the slowdown in the economy, loss of jobs, declines in home values, increased bankruptcies and businesses closings, savings being wiped out, the plummeting stock market, and rising inflation. These realities are all direct results of this financial power struggle, and millions of people are its victims today.

An Extreme Example

I was in South Africa in July of this year. During my television and radio interviews there, I was often asked my opinion on the world economy. Speaking bluntly, I said that South Africans had a better opportunity of comprehending the global turmoil because they're neighbors to Zimbabwe, a country run by Robert Mugabe.

In my interviews, I said, "What Mugabe has done to Zimbabwe, the Federal Reserve Bank and the IMF are doing to the world." Obviously, my statements disturbed many of the journalists. I did my best to comfort them and assure them I was not an anarchist. I explained, as best I could, that Zimbabwe was an extreme example of an out of control power struggle.

After they were assured I was only using Zimbabwe to illustrate my point, I said, "If you want to understand the world economy, take a refugee from Zimbabwe to lunch." I advised them to ask the refugee these questions:

1. How fast did the economy turn?

2. When did you know that you were in financial trouble?

3. When did you finally decide to leave Zimbabwe?

4. If you could do things differently, what would you have done?

Three Approaches to a Crumbling Economy

I spoke to three young couples from Zimbabwe while I was in South Africa. Two couples were recent refugees now living in South Africa, and one couple still lives in Zimbabwe. All three couples had interesting stories to tell.

One couple said that they would have quit their jobs earlier. Instead, they hung on, hoping the economy would change. Then, virtually overnight, the value of the Zimbabwean dollar dropped and inflation went through the roof. Even though they received pay raises, the couple couldn't survive and soon depleted their savings. They left Zimbabwe by car with almost nothing. If they could've done something differently, they told me, they would have started a business in Zimbabwe and began exporting products to South Africa, so that they would have had South African currency and a bank account there before they fled.

The second couple that fled the country said they saved money and paid off their house and other debts even as the Zimbabwean dollar fell in value. Looking back, they say they would've saved nothing and gotten deeply in debt in Zimbabwe, allowing them to pay off their debt with the cheaper dollars. Instead, they fled after they lost their jobs, leaving behind their house and owning $200,000 in nearly worthless Zimbabwean dollars.

The third couple still lives in Zimbabwe. When they saw the writing on the wall, they set up a business in South Africa and, with the profits, began acquiring tangible assets in Zimbabwe. Often, they'll buy an asset in Zimbabwe and pay the seller in South African currency. They believe that once Mugabe is gone and order is restored, they'll be in a strong financial position.

Many Problems, Few Solutions

There are three major problems with the events of 1913, 1944, and 1971. The first is that the Fed, the World Bank, and the IMF are allowed to create money out of nothing. This is the primary cause of global inflation. Global inflation devalues our work and our savings by raising the prices of necessities.

For example, when gas prices soared, many people said that the price of oil was going up. In reality, the main cause of the high price of oil is the decreasing value of the dollar. The Fed, the World Bank, and the IMF, like Zimbabwe, are mass-producing funny money, thereby increasing prices and devaluing our quality of life.

The second problem is that our economic crises are getting bigger. In the 1970s, the Fed faced and solved million-dollar crises. In the 1980s, it was billion-dollar crises. Today, we have trillion-dollar crises. Unfortunately, these bigger crises mean more funny money entering the system.

Apocalypse Soon

The third problem is that in 1913, the Fed only protected the large commercial banks such as Bank of America. After 1944, the Fed, the World Bank, and the IMF began bailing out Third World nations such as Tanzania and Mexico. Then, in 2008, the Fed began bailing out investment banks such as Bear Sterns, and its role in the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac debacle is well known. By 2020, the biggest of bailout of all will probably occur: Social Security and Medicare, which will cost at least a $100 trillion.

Even if we find more oil and produce more food, prices will continue to rise because the value of the dollar will continue to decline. The dollar has lost over 90 percent of its value since the Fed was created. The U.S. dollar will continue to decline because of those seven men on Jekyll Island in 1910.

Granted, the funny-money system has done a lot of good — it has improved the world and made a lot of people rich. But it's also done a lot of bad. I believe somewhere between today and 2020, the system will break. We're on the eve of financial destruction, and that's why it's in gold I trust. I'd rather be a victor than a victim.
